  • 1/2 ounce st. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 1/2 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 ounce peach juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • sparkling cava wine to top

DIRECTIONS

Served in a Collins glass over ice and garnished with grapefruit peel.
