Anasazi Bloodless Mary


  • 8-inch horseradish root stalk, diced
  • 8-inch celery root stalk, diced
  •   zest of 4 lemons
  • 2 Ounces  Tabasco
  • 2 Ounces  Worcestershire
  •   cracked black pepper
  •   vodka, to top
  •   dried tomato, to garnish

A Bloody Mary without the, well, bloody? At the Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe, the restaurant serves a tomato-free Bloody Mary, a vodka cocktail infused with the same spices. 


Add horseradish, celery, lemon zest, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce to a glass jar, and top with vodka. Allow two full days to infuse, and strain contents into a glass vessel. Garnish with dried tomato.
