  • Drawing Room vet Tim Lacey resurfaces at this David Morton/Michael Kornick hideaway.
  • Theres no going wrong here: snag a seat in the back and try the grilled octopus with spiced carmellini beans or the incredible polenta fries. For more, follow us on 4sq or at www.renhotels.com.
  • This modern yet rustic bar features enough drinks to satisfy even the pickiest. Get going with one of their numerous craft cocktails, or something off their extensive beer and wine list.
  • Step through a former freight elevator shaft to find one of the hottest bar and restaurants in Chicago. Try the Winter G&T along with one of the many sensational small plates for a truly perfect meal.
  • Literally everything is great. Octopus is a must try.
  • Deep-fried black-eyed peas are the perfect drinking snack, steak (dressed in nothing more than brown butter), salads and even doughnuts make sense with the food-friendly cocktails from the bar.
  • Polenta fries. That's all you need to know.
  • I highly recommend ordering the polenta fries, black eyed peas, lamb ribs, duck confit, and veal. Great spot!
  • The courtyard is finally open. Try it out.
  • You can't go wrong with the poached-egg-topped duck confit pasta and the the "Tangled Up In Blue" (Pig's Nose scotch, yellow chartreuse, orange bitters).
  • Try the grilled octopus, served with a brash Tabasco mash.
  • Goofily named cocktails threaten to steal the show, but chef Zoe Schor's clever menu holds its own with crispy black-eyed peas, supremely fresh salumi and cheeses, and daring Southern-fried quail.
  • Great service. Got brussel sprout and kale salad from the chef Joanna Stachon. Shrimp cake and chicken tikka masala pie from restaurant week menu inspired by famous concert rider request.
  • Great food. Hard to find but once your in you'll want to come back. And you can suggest music from their vinyl collection but it's up to them if it fits the vibe that night.
  • We tried so many dishes tonight and all were amazing. Drinks were fantastic. Cannot wait to go back.
  • Already popular for its seasonal small-plates menu and intelligent cocktails, it's a great place to dine alfresco!
  • Michael Kornick, the man behind MK, Fish Bar and DMK Burger Bar, is the brain behind the concept here, where the food is taken as seriously as the booze.
  • Try Tim's root beer. Delicious!
  • Good food, good drink, good vinyl
  • Amazing cocktails and great range of small plates!
