Foursquare Tips

  • Great UES farm-to-table find. Try the steamed cockles, tomato soup with sheeps milk pecorino and the homemade ricotta with mint and lemon.
  • Ask about the 6 course 'blind' tasting menu. You sit at a bar overlooking the kitchen.
  • Food is amazing fresh.
  • Al Dente pastas and superb wines. Love the Calamari. A local gem.
  • This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been in NYC! Food is fresh and excellent! Gnocchi was probably my favorite today! Will come back soon !
  • Amazing burrata and really unique style of gnocchi.
  • Always go for the specials - their menu is seasonal and sourced from local farms and vendors. Gnocchi is a favorite of ours. They have a new one to offer every time we come.
  • Chef Dave is fantastic! Here's a tip: sit at the bar overlooking the kitchen. It adds to the experience. He whipped up some special dishes for us and we loved our private experience!
  • The stuffed tomato appetizer is delicious and great for sharing! Filled with roasted veggies and cheese. Delicious way to start the meal. My only complaint: the outside chairs are very uncomfortable.
  • Nice waitress, very good Italian food! You must try it!
  • The spinach gnocchi is delicious!
  • The ravioli of the day is a must! Classic neighborhood gem! Must dine! Ask for Vinny!
  • These cheeks are heaven on earth!
  • What a room...
  • Blueberry cheese cake --> WOW. Unreal.
  • The bass is an A+ with its fresh veggies. The hanger steak was delicious and traditional, loved the sauce. Portions are on the small side (but high quality) I regret not ordering apps. Lovely UES gem!
