This everything-but-the-kitchen-sink dip is a tailgate classic — easy to make with a little taste of something to please everyone in the crowd.
While making some of the components of this 7 layer dip requires a little work ahead of time, actually assembling it is quite simple.
Heat the refried beans in a small pan over medium heat. Once warmed, transfer to a medium-sized deep casserole dish.
From there, it's a layering game — top the beans with the warm queso, add the fresh guacamole, both salsas, and the sour cream. Finally, garnish with the chopped black olives and scallions. Serve with tortilla chips.
