Quite contrary, the slide presentation is quite a nice guide for people making decisions about restaurants. The slide presentation method has been, and will remain a popular method for displaying and comparing various subjects. You must be a New Yawker who needs instant gratification and has no patience. Sorry, the world doesn't operate at your speed.
Any list that includes Chez Panisse and Zuni as the top two hits in the metropolitan San Francisco/Oakland area is well past its sell by date. Like Bush flying over New Orleans ... and I have enjoyed meals at most of the top 10. Zuni is simply wildly inconsistent and cannot even get out a Caesar or fries in a manner that demands a second visit. And I used to eat there once a week. And other than the amazing front of house staff I am not sure what Chez Panisse brings that warrants national attention. Maybe it is the best neighborhood restaurant in America. But at this point the ideas and food are just that common. Time for some of your panel to retire or at least wipe the slate clean.
Jean-Georges Vongerichten is one of the few chefs in New York City with the distinction of four stars from The New York Times. At his eponymous restaurant in the Trump International Hotel and Tower, his classic French technique bridges old and new worlds, eschews heavy sauces, and embraces the spice and flavors of Asian cuisine.

No way will I wade thru 101 slides! Whoever thought this up needs to think again. This is ridiculous. Really
