This patriotic dessert comes together in minutes and can be customized to your taste. Start with quarts of vanilla, strawberry, and — if you can find it — blue-colored ice cream (try flavors like wild blueberry or Blue Moon). Make your own strawberry and blueberry toppings by mixing a bag of frozen berries with sugar (to taste) and then bringing it to full rolling boil. Once cool, mix and match ice cream flavors with your favorite berry topping!
