Central 214 at Hotel Palomar Dallas is offering a delicious three-course prix fixe holiday meal made with fresh harvest ingredients from local Texas farms.  Choose from a variety of classic dishes including starters of roasted butternut squash bisque, warm kale salad, or organic baby lettuces with cranberries and pumpkin seeds, and main courses of herb and garlic roasted turkey, Dr. Pepper and pineapple glazed country ham, pan seared redfish with shrimp and cream cheese grits, or handmade trompetti pasta (vegetarian.)
