  • Try the Liang Pi "Cold-Skin Noodles": these bouncy and chewy "noodles" are made entirely of wheat flour and opped with seitan cubes and veggies. One of the popular vegetarian options at Choice Eats!

  • I think I'm the only customer that doesn't speak Chinese. That's a very good sign. This place is worth the trip and the wait. Cumin lamb and the dumplings are awesome!
