John McCarthy shares his recipe for his Nolet's Winter Warmer, which combines floral Nolet's with a smooth amaro and a touch of spice in order to make the perfect cocktail for sitting by the fire.

NOLET’S Winter Warmer
2 ounces NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin
.5 ounces Nonino Amaro
.5 ounces "Red Hot" Honey Syrup*
1 dash Angostura bitters
Stir all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with star anise and lemon peel.
