A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Shiraz and 10% Merlot. Rich red in color, the aroma is just as vibrant. Mouth filling flavors of chocolate, licorice and spice are followed by the lingering velvety smooth vanilla finish.

Serving Suggestion: Pheasant, wild duck, venison and kangaroo served with a rich sauce.
