Our 1996 Canoe Ridge Estate Chardonnay offers generous aromas of pear, green apple and citrus augmented with notes of butter and toasty oak. On the palate, I find just enough spice to add length. Rich and silky, this is a well-balanced wine characterized by a beautiful integration of fruit and oak.
