Win A Trip To China Or India

Cheapoair, a travel agency website, is looking for savvy travelers who know how to see the world on a budget. Two semi-finalists, chosen by Cheapoair's social media followers, will each win a $7,500 fall trip, one to China and one to India, as part of its Traveler of the Year contest.

But the contest doesn't end with the trips. The two semi-finalists will be given a series of challenges, from finding accommodations to scoring souvenirs, to show how it is possible to see the world for less. Their journeys will be documented in photographs, videos, blog posts, and social media updates. Cheapoair's social media followers will choose their favorite of the two, who will win an additional $5,000 in travel.

The contest coincides with Cheapoair's new "Travel the World for Less" campaign, which shows travelers how trips to dream destinations are possible even on a limited budget.

To enter, U.S. travelers 18 and older must submit a three- to five-minute video that features their unique tips and tricks for traveling the world without spending a bundle. The videos will be judged on creativity, demonstrated travel experience, ability to create quality video and content, and screen presence.
