WEST Kitchen & Tavern has opened at the 216-room Loews Annapolis Hotel. Chef Kevin Relf’s regional, seasonally changing menu includes American fare inspired by the Chesapeake Bay.
WEST Kitchen & Tavern features a hearth oven, fresh herb garden, a raw bar, an open kitchen, and a chef's table. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, WEST Kitchen & Tavern boasts indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar area and communal dining.
The restaurant's signature dishes include rockfish with extra-virgin olive oil, smashed red potatoes, and tomato-lemon salsa; heirloom tomato, mozzarella, and basil hearth oven pizza; and garlic fries with Parmesan and house-made ketchup
The drink menu includes the West Street Swizzle with Blackwell Jamaican rum, demerara, sugar, fresh lime, pineapple, mint, and Angostura bitters; and West Cobblestone sodas in strawberry, melon, and cucumber that are siphoned tableside.
