Baldwin Street Burger’s “12 Days of BSB Christmas” kicked off December 1 with a Seattle Seahawk Sandwich special (beer-battered Basa catfish fillet, crispy pomme frites and house-made tartar sauce). On the 5th day it offered the delightful burger shown and described below. The festivities end On December 19 & 20 with Jerk Chicken Poutine, which sounds like a grand way to eat through the season. This week’s finds also include holiday burgers from Chosen Bun and Honest Burgers in the UK, plus a whole lot of spicy burgers to make the season bright.
