  • Heart the Rosie Palmer (a Hibiscus Tea & Lemonade blend) & always up for the Blue Plate Special w/ incredible gravy!
  • Everything is fabulous here, but atthe moment I am obsessed with the buffalo seitan wings.
  • Try the seitan wings. They're good enough to (almost) convert a non-veg head.
  • The food was decent, & that's saying something since I'm not a vegetarian. Only issue - they don't seem to be staffed properly for the level of business, so expect a wait both at the door & the table.
  • 20 minute wait with3 empty tables that the hostess is not in a hurry to seat. What a joke.
  • The Landes family who run WaterCourse Foods live on a solar-run urban permaculture farm with organic food, a toothless cat, a porch cat, one leopard gecko and a speedy little tortoise. Hey, so do we!
  • Hip vegetarian joint serves up great fare even carnivores can enjoy. Try biscuits and gravy for breakfast, Andalusian pasta or seitan wings for dinner. Entrees $6.75-$12.95.
  • Has a consistently delicious regular menu!
  • The burgers are great, particularly the Maximus Burger. MAXXIIMMUUUSSSSSS!!
  • Good food - all vegan now.
  • Gotta try the seitan wings! They are the bomb!
  • It's still the city's leader when it comes to darn good veg options. Props to WaterCourse for carrying a variety of great teas, pastries and desserts too. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Seitan Buffalo "wings" are the best apps to start with!
  • You MUST try the Seitan Buffalo wings. A little hot but would do almost anything for them!
  • Excellent all-vegan menu. Tried the seitan buffalo wings, the Atlas sandwich (w/ onion rings) & a bite of the street tacos; all were incredible. Be sure to drink local beer while you're there.
  • They show up under dog friendly patios on yelp. It's not. They want you to tie them on the trees 50 feet away, no tying on the outer patio railings (WTF?). I have a very bad taste in my mouth now.
  • Juan wrap is delicious, service great and vegan cookies so yummy
  • The center of civilization for about 500 miles in each direction.
  • "I can't seat you bc I need to give the waitress time to catch up"....the Hostess.
  • I'm a 100% carnivorous individual, BUT, the vegan biscuits and gravy w/2 scrambled eggs is the shizz-nizzle!!
