  • The oyster for Tetsuyas signature Marinated Botan Prawn, Sea Urchin and Oscietra Caviar is what dreams are made of!
  • The entire experience was awesome, all the dishes were beautiful, using the best ingredients and pretty culinary skills. Quite pricey $400++ exclude drinks for 10 courses, but definitely worth!
  • Try the Tetsuya's Signature Dish. You need to book early if you want to eat here. Not for the faint hearted as a 10 course meal may cost you $500 per pax. Once a lifetime deal if you want the best.

  • Waku Ghin Bar. Forget the restaurant, get some very well made cocktails and select the food from a la carte menu. A much more accessible (price point) experience with excellent quality.

  • Very expensive but the food is good. The lobster, king crab and the Japanese ohmi wagyu were the highlights.
