Huntington Village is known for nightlife, entertainment, and above all, great food. Whether you’re in the mood for sushi, upscale Mexican, fine Italian, or a steak, you’re bound to find it. Well there’s a new player in town and they’re pumping out some of the most succulent meat that you may ever lay your lips on.
IMC, otherwise known as Imperial Meat Company, has variations across the board that will leave you perplexed on what to order next.

Meat. Plain and simple. The owner of IMC has owned a meat company for over 17 years, so it’s a fair assessment to say that he knows what he’s doing.

Steaks are a must. While any of the steak offerings would suffice, you want to treat yourself to the Wagyu beef.
What’s the fuss with Wagyu, you ask? It’s all about the fat. Wagyu meat comes from a group of Japanese breeds revered for an incredibly high level of fat marbling (which helps to hold in all those seasonings).  We had the Wagyu Hanger Steak. It’s so tender; it will dissolve in your mouth like lightly cooked fish.

Another MUST, is the Duck Platter. We’re not talking about your standard Duck a l’Orange recipe that you can get at your nearby diner on a Saturday night. This platter is a duck lover’s dream come true. Foie gras torchon, duck rillettes, 6-month-aged duck prosciutto, and pan seared, fresh foie gras.

If you haven’t fulfilled your meat quota for the night, don’t worry; we have endless suggestions for you. Braised oxtail potstickers, pheasant dumplings, veal ravioli, or perhaps, braised beef cheeks. Not enough? Veal Osso Buco, braised lamb shank, or the Kobe beef burger.

No matter what you choose, you made the right decision.

Before you walk through the door, you already know you’re in good hands. IMC prides themselves on their attention to detail, and they were recently rewarded for it by receiving the International Star Diamond Award – an award that recognizes a commitment to excellence in luxury and service, but most specifically, hospitality. So aside from being pampered like the little king or queen that you are, you’ll be able to relax in their chic ambiance, all while indulging in delicious drinks. The tone in the bar is set by expert mixologists, while the décor is vivid and dramatically lit.
