Tips

  • Be prepared to dial 911 at any moment...
  • I bet you can't walk around this park for ten minutes and NOT smell marijuana.
  • Messy place, many strange people, many smokers.
  • buy food at the market and coe here to enjoy a nice view of the bay
  • People are smoking marijuana here like most people smoke cigarettes in public
  • Fantastic people watching here! Take a seat
  • Bring A Camera!
  • Lol at 911 comment, it does seem that way. Go get a piroshky and eat it here on a sunny day.
  • Bring a blankie to sit on, as the grass may be moist even in the sunshine. But if you forget, don't worry, as the gentle breeze from the Bay will evaporate the moisture from your butt in no time.
  • Nice scenic views of the harbor. A lot of homeless people sleep here, but they don't bother you
  • Bonus points for you if you find a grassy spot to sit on a weekend. It's small and crowded.
  • Small park. Make sense to be here when visiting Pike Place, nevertheless it gets very crowded
  • Beautiful park and great for pics
  • Very nice park
  • Beautiful view of the water. Grab some snacks from Pike Market and relax!
  • The view is phenomenal
  • Known for its beautiful views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains, Victor Steinbrueck Park is also a popular spot for many visitors to see a variety of interesting and talented buskers.
  • Nice place to relax after the Market. Especially when the sun is out
  • Best view of downtown seattle waterfront :)
  • Seattle city free Wifi available!!
