Tips

  • Really good Indian food that's also Spanish food & Spanish food that's also Indian food. They have this margarita that tastes like Gol Gapa water, these duck vindaloo arepas & artichoke pakoras.
  • Fusion of Indian n Latin flares...
  • Vermilion is a modernly delightful blend of Indian & Latin cuisines. Owner & Food Network superstar Maneet Chauhan started her career at the CIA. Find out what other careers our alumni pursue:
  • Great fusion on Indian and Spanish! The mango flan and pani poori are excellent.
  • Artichoke fritters, awesome!
  • Get the artichoke, the fish sounds better than it really is. Don't expect good service
  • Try the degustation appetizer. A good selection of appetizers with portions just big enough to whet your appetite for the main course.
  • Service can be slow, but I guess that is what fine dining means...staff is very friendly. Try the Pani Puri - yummy!
  • Try the chimichurri strip steak - very good
  • Worst restaurant, worst service. They made us wait 1 hour and never got the food. Never go here.
  • Butter chicken = Bueno. Everything else = meh.
  • pani puri margarita, artichoke pakodas, gobi, portabello for vegetarians
  • Definitely not your everyday expected Indian food. You really can't go wrong! One of the most inventive Indian restaurants in NYC.
  • Can make a meal of the small plates. The spinach paratha is a must have!!!
