I was born in Bogota Colombia. I live now in San Francisco CA.
I graduated as a Natural Chef from Bauman College Berkeley CA and also went to a 2 year program at Colegio de Cocinero Gato Dumas to become a Chef back home.
I’m a psychologist and worked with victims of the armed conflict in Colombia for almost 5 years.
I’m deeply interested in nutrition, spirituality, mental health and mostly something I call health for all cooking. When I was studying to become a Natural Chef I found that the healing with whole foods recipes and premises were not always in tune with low budgets, and coming from a third world country plus having the work experience that I had that became a huge concern. One of my goals is to combine my knowledge about healthy eating, spiritual awareness, and social/cultural differences in my cooking and everything I do.
