Cynthia Nims studied cooking at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine and has authored or co-authored 12 cookbooks, including Gourmet Game Night. President of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), she has been the editor of Simply Seafood magazine and food editor for Seattle Magazine.
