Hi, we’re Sarah (left) and Lydia (right), dear friends who work together as private chefs, food writers and home entertainers. On our first meeting, we discovered that we loved the same children’s book — Laura Ingalls Wilder’s Farmer Boy — because the hero was a gleefully passionate eater, especially when it came to fried apples & onions.
