There are plenty of fantastic hotels throughout the country, so we sought out the best lodgings across America, whether you're looking for a night's stay or an amazing weekend getaway

In order to determine which hotels made the cut, we took a look at our own reviews and previous best-of lists as well as those from other publications. Maine: Inn by the Sea (Cape Elizabeth)
