The buffet price is on the steep side, at $42 a head.
Copper Chimney, New York City
Known by many locals as the best Indian restaurant in New York, the Copper Chimney is recognized for its traditional all-you-can-eat Indian dishes. And its bountiful lunch buffet is only $9.95. The spread includes dishes from both North and South India such as the Goa specialty chicken xacuti (chicken with chile, vinegar, and whole spices) and the Punjabi channa pindi (chickpeas stewed in a sauce of onions, tomatoes, and pomegranate seeds).
The Lady and Sons, Savannah, Ga.
Southern cooking TV queen Paul Deen owns a restaurant in Savannah with her two sons Bobby and Jamie. They serve Southern comfort classics such as creamy mac and cheese, pork stew, collard greens, and black-eyed peas. The lunch buffet costs $15.99 a person and an all-you-can-eat dinner runs a cool $17.99.
The Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs, Colo.
A trip to Colorado Springs, Colo., wouldn't be complete without a stop at The Broadmoor hotel's all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch buffet. The upscale afternoon begins with some live piano music and a Broadmoor Signature Bloody Mary followed by an extensive buffet starting at $45, including an omelette station, peel-and-eat shrimp, oysters, and carving stations.
The Castaway, Burbank, Calif.
The Castaway offers an all-you-can-eat weekend buffet with the opportunity to upgrade to the champagne weekend brunch option on Sundays. The food spread includes made-to-order pasta, omelettes, and carving stations. Saturday brunch costs $29.95 but on Sunday the price escalates to $36.95.
Molly Pitcher Inn, Red Bank, N.J.
At the elegant boutique hotel the Molly Pitcher Inn, located in upscale Red Bank, N.J., guests may come for the sweeping views of the harbor, but the stay for the astounding buffet arrangement. The brunch is only available on Sundays from October through mid-June and on special holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas. While it's not one of the newest Casinos in Atlantic City (think: Borgata or Revel) Harrah's has really stepped up its game in the culinary department, offering a stellar Waterfront Buffet that's attracting gamblers from all over the state. Deemed the "buffet of buffets" by the casino itself, it offers a massive variety of stations, similar to a Las Vegas spread, which include a crab leg station and a carved prime beef station that are must-tries. Prices vary depending on the day and time, but a Sunday brunch or dinner buffet is priced at $42.99 for non-members.
Union Buffet, Los Angeles
If you're looking for an authentic Chinese buffet in Los Angeles, the best idea is to hop in line at the Union Buffet. It showcases a variety of traditional Chinese dishes such as grilled beefsteak, crab legs, and spareribs, but also offers an entire sushi and teppan grill.
