Foursquare Tips

  • Mind your head - lots of hanging terrariums!
  • East Village, off the radar, spectacular food. Its a small, warm, and quaint space that will not disappoint. A neighborhood favorite!
  • Scotch egg, short rib tacos, and fried pickles. You won't regret it.
  • The burger is absurdly rich with cashew nut butter, fried pickles, and apple wood smoked bacon. Buy yourself an extra drink if you can eat the whole thing.
  • Get the short rib tacos and scotch eggs.
  • For a liquid taste of the tropics, order La Isla. Haitian rum is infused with genmaicha tea and mixed with fresh coconut water and Velvet Falernum:
  • 6th Street's best kept secret since Death and Co. Get the burrata, the tacos, and the burger, though you really can't go wrong here.
  • The asparagus w guajillo chili is something special. I see this on your @Foursquare list, @cezinho! Also, 50% off via @scoutmob
  • Crimson cocktail. Burger a must, short rib tacos FTW, and meatballs if you like curry. Pass on the prawns, shizu cocktail and The Toucan cocktail.
  • Popcorn shrimp and stuffed shishito peppers are out of this world. I like how the Manager Steve regularly checks on tables to make sure all is good.
  • You must get the fish tacos. MUST.
  • They play the dopest playlist here...particularly the 90s r&b mix. Oh, and get The Lion cocktail.
  • My fav brunch spot! Innovative and delicious choices. Taro hash is a must. The short rib Benedict and French toast are to die for. Coffee is just ok.
  • Great EVill gem! Must-eats: scotch egg, short rib tacos, and the burger. Wash it all down with a delicious Lion In Summer cocktail: tequila, simple syrup, lime, ginger beer, and sriracha!
  • Scotch eggs encased in coconut panko with aioli is so dreamy and offset.
  • Short rib tacos. Now.
  • Asian Gastropub, love it! Get the burger, ribs, scotch eggs. I didn't have room for the bacon donuts but getting that next time!
  • Loved The Lion Cocktail, the small plates to share were excellent, a great addition to 6th street!
  • This Place is the Best Kept Secret!! In the East Village. The flavors and decor will take you to another place, in a land far away, waking up your senses and stir up your imagination :)
  • Great decor, food and cocktails (try the wings, curried rice balls, pork belly). Place could really use some acoustics though, it was way too loud.
