- The Canadian Film Gallery located on the 4th floor is open to the public for free. Open Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 am-7:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm-6:00 pm, closed Monday.
- Cupcakes and other sweets from Wanda's Pie In The Sky now available at concessions!
- Brave #PODPROTEST
- Now that the penny is being phased out, drop off your coins to our donation boxes to support initiatives like TIFF Kids, TIFF Next Wave, Pocket Fund, Special Delivery & Reel Comfort.
- Take a free 45-minute guided tour of TIFF Bell Lightbox. Every Sat & Sun at 11am & 1pm. Meet next to the elevators on the main floor. First come, first served.
- Great venue, although you will run into people who use the term "zeitgeist" in casual conversation
- Films as they're meant to be seen. From Chinatown to Melancholia, each print I've seen has been crisp and bright. No hair/scratches; pristine sound. Film is an art form, and Lightbox is its gallery.
- No refunds on movie tickets, $2.50 charge to change them may apply...
- Denys Arcand's Oscar is housed here near the staircase.

- Forgot your phone charger and the cell is almost dead? Charge your BlackBerry phone in our BlackBerry Lounge, located on the 2nd floor of TIFF Bell Lightbox!
- State-of-the-art building. Great movie screenings all year long, regardless of the TIFF.
- I love the Blackberry Lounge. Grab a glass of wine, hook your laptop up and crunch out some work while people watching on King St. P.S. This place is wired beautifully!
- The Film Reference Library is a valuable resource for scholars, filmmakers & the general public. The extensive collection of materials make it a rich source for everything cinema!
- The upstairs bar is good for people-watching over king street with a cocktail.
- Best theatre in Toronto. This movie is going to rock. I number number.
- Festival Village walking tours depart from the TIFF Bell Lightbox. Tours run daily at 12:30pm and 5:30pm from September 6th- 11th, and last approx. one hour. Free with any film ticket, stub, or pass!
- Grab a free popcorn when you show your TIFF Bell Lightbox Check-in to a concession staff member on April 16 (Foursquare Day).
- Get cultured!! ;D
- There are two unmarked washrooms hidden behind the escalators on the main floor. Handy if the ones upstairs are busy.
