Tips

  • Naveen & I built 1/2 of the foursquare prototype here (mostly at the back table near the bathroom). The "mayor" feature in 4SQ came from our buddy Chad making fun of us for camping at that table :)
  • Ask someone to watch your laptop for you while you go to the bathroom. When you get back, be relieved that it's still there.
  • Better than Starbucks at least.
  • A student's haven for late night studying, come here for good coffee, free wifi, and a very underrated grilled cheese sandwich!
  • Free wifi near ITP
  • If you don't try the grilled cheese here, you're insane.
  • Get the grilled cheese with cheddar and pesto. It is soooo good!
  • Love the food menu (grilled cheese) and their iced soy latte is the best!!
  • For those who can't find a seat at Starbucks, this is a densely-populated-by-NYU-students-spot for studying.
  • Service with a scowl. It actually looks like it physically hurts them to be so much cooler than you.
  • Come here at happy hour 7-8pm every day for $3 beer on tap and artisinal cheese plate. Try the Sixpoint Sweet Action.
  • One of the best coffee shops in the village to grab a table and work with your laptop. Open late. Has enough ambient noise and background music to reset your brain when you need to.
  • wifi pw: security
  • Perfect place to study. Everything is nice, but the internet is not so fast. Great location!
  • Wireless password: davebeck
  • part of the Foursquare prototype was built here, so you know it's a productive place! spanish latte to caffeinate, turkey + brie on fennel bread to eat and lagunitas IPA once you're finished. do it
  • grilled cheese with pesto + swiss. nom heaven
  • They play unnecessarily loud music on certain days. This is not a night club!
  • Cozy, lots of seating. Went on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. Had a great cup of tea in a massive mug, and the barista was real friendly. Music could have been a bit more mellow.
  • New wireless password - security
