Thank Food Workers this International Food Workers Week!

International Food Workers Week is every year around Thanksgiving, intended to lift up the importance of workers in our food system – from farmworkers to workers meat, poultry and food processing, distribution, retail, and service. Workers around the country are organizing to demand a raise in the minimum wage, a voice on the job, and protections in the workplace, all of which benefit not only the workers, but their communities and our food system.
