Tips
- The Gwa Bao spicy pork buns are the best way to start your meal!
- Most of the options contain pork, ramen and otherwise. I ordered the braised beef ramen (I added a soft boiled egg) and the fire roasted edamame. Nothing was awe inspiring but it tasted pretty good.
- Their spicy miso is a life changer!
- A Pork Filled Menu at TenTen Ramen - we had fire roasted edamame, braised beef ramen and fried rice.
- The ramen here is fantastic! Highly recommend the Spicy Tonkotsu with sea salt tare, added housemade la yu & topped with chashu, soy-braised egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, nori and scallions.
- ordered the Chashu without pork. it was okay
- Spicy miso was amazing!
- A little disappointed. Veggie ramen was pretty bland. Similar to what I make at home. Others in my party seemed to like theirs. But I'll keep going to Toki.
- The number 2 ramen is pretty traditional. I like that they had the chili paste that you could at to it. I will definitely will be returning this place is very clean and such a nice ambience.
- Ramen is great but the service is super slow. Give yourself about 2 hours for dinner. They also don't discover card.
- Would not return. Everything was bland
- Food kinda sucked.
- I like the authentic Asian flair in Baltimore. These bad boys do some real shit with ramen. Tokyo Modern warms my heart.
- Oh man pretty awesome ramen. Best since I left Japan. But be forewarned that the place is crawling with hipsters.
- Check it the specials of the day because they are often amazing! My date and I had a spicy chicken ramen and a veggie cold ginger noodle dish that were both perfect!
- Spicy Miso and Gwa Bay are awesome!
- Shoyu Ramen...omg amazing!! I'm so happy they were open :D
- Miso ramen is on par with the real thing. I would recommend it.
- They changed their name to "the burning hen" no more ramen...
