Foursquare Tips

  • Eat everything. Because that's what's good here.
  • The Bitches Say: A. Get to Ted's Bulletin early for a table, and try not to overdose on sugary treats before diving into brunch. Awarded with the Best Fat Kid Brunch and Best Pastries awards for 2013!
  • Get the peanut butter and bacon pop tart and White Russian milk shake. Hit the gym Monday.
  • Picky eater? Know what you like? The menu is very flexible so take advantage. I like the atmosphere here better than the one in the Cap Hill location.
  • Homemade pop tarts... Holy crap delicious.
  • The peanut butter burger is beyond amazing. Seriously. You will not regret your gamble.
  • Yum! Noisy but still fun. Excellent lamb burger. Highly recommended. They allow substitutions like salad for fries. Avacado vinaigrette dressing is superb. Donut? Ummm.
  • The kindest people work here. So friendly, and the food is fantastic! I want to try everything on the menu. Peanut butter bacon pop tarts, and boozy milkshakes. Need I say more?
  • This place is really, really good!
  • What's not to love about Ted's? The homemade pop tarts, the adult the milkshakes, the breakfast platters? All delicious.
  • The Ted's Burgh was bland and way oversized, and the Bananas Foster "adult milkshake" didn't have even a hint of rum. Unsatisfying experience, waste of calories.
  • The wait was far less than expected for a newly opened joint! The host staff kept us informed the entire time. Service was friendly and fairly quick. Food is just as delicious as Capitol Hill.
  • My hands down favorite burger in Washington, DC is 'Drew's peanut butter bacon burger'. Not to be missed!
  • Great bar tenders, tons of fun, especially Saturday brunch
  • Sit at one of the two counters! The bartenders behind the counters are incredibly friendly and chatty. Plus, you can get seated and have food in front of your face much quicker.
  • Pretty awful Bloody Mary and the food ain't worth the wait.
  • Breakfast any time. Early morning jazz is a treat and with the quiet, heaven.
  • Some of the nicest bartenders.
  • Yummyyyy! So glad they opened this location :-) S
  • Get one of the homemade pop-tarts or a donut while you wait. The tomato soup is a longstanding family recipe and perfect with a grilled cheese on a cold day. Tasty and unpretentious.
