Tips
- It's Eataly in Port Chester. Have tables, u can get lunch, taste some wine. Have an espresso and do ur week's food shopping all in one stop
- Get the prime rib sandwich. It is life changing!!
- Excellent wine merchant
- Get a fresh made spicy sopressata with fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, and pepperonici. You won't be disappointed
- We got fresh pasta there...Swiss chard ricotta ravioli and chive ricotta gnocchi. Homemade and earthy.
- Cappicola is $25 a pound... That alone gives me reason to not come back. Being Italian myself I enjoyed the food selection but holy shit I'm way too poor for this stuff.
- Mario Batali close to CT!
- The oatmeal scones are the best in NY Metro!
- Great place to pick up some interesting and fresh homemade pasta
- Fresh pasta by the lb. Great selection of cheese, salumi, aged beef, etc. Small taste of Eataly NYC.
- Port Chester Eataly
- Italian heaven. Whoever wrote the last tip clearly doesn't understand the purpose of this market.
- Help support Chef Mario Batalis charity Mario Batali Foundation through FOOD & WINEs Chefs Make Change program! Click to donate www.foodandwine.com/donate
- So this is basically a glorified deli, but they won't serve you food. They have a warehouse of prociutto, but I couldn't have prosciut and provolone...incompetent service staff
- Their bread is better than the bakery across the street (love the Sourdough Boule & Tuscan Farm Loaf), meat is very good, fresh pasta is amazing ($10 amazing meal for two) + they have Mast Bros. choc!
- Coffee is fab. Try a pour-over!
- The fresh pasta is divine
