Foursquare Tips

  • The Target Center has an actual green roof, complete w/ flowers & grass that cover 2.5 acres atop the arena. Bring your fertilizer!
  • Home of the Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA) and the Minnesota Fighting Pike of the Arena Football League, in addition to being a major concert venue.
  • Check out a Lynx game. Timberwolves and Lynx tickets are super cheap and they both put on a great show!
  • 7 2013 Euroleague American Tour !
  • The Target Center recently converted it's 113,000 sq ft roof to a green roof, making it the 5th largest green roof in the US. The green roof captures nearly 1 Million gallons of water annually
  • Go see a Lynx game! I know you're already forming an argument about the WNBA, but the tickets are cheap and the team will make sure you have a good time.
  • Forget KG's house, the house that Ruuuuubio built!
  • Sample some of the local brews, like Leinie's Red.
  • Go to lynx game

  • They have Australian black licorice! My favorite!
  • Home of the MN Lynx, 2010 WNBA Champions!
  • MN LYNX absolutely rock. At half-time they were beating the Atlanta Dream by 20 Pts.
  • The MN LYNX rock!!!!
  • WNBA Champion Minnesota Lynx ring ceremony - at least one of our MN teams can win a championship...
  • Love the lynx make sure you get water from the lower levels as some of the upper fountains dont work
  • The house that KG built (as Jonny Voss Timberwolves Fan once said) is now rebuilding a contender. The #Twolves have an exciting young pack of players and the arena has a staff that aims to please.
  • $5 deal from Pepsi for The National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) Frozen Faceoff at the Target Center in Minnesota.
  • Great place for NBA Basketball and concert and great crowed and nice people are working hard here
  • Do not park in the ramp across the street, it takes forever to get out of afterwards. Park further away, the walk will be shorter than the wait. Better yet, take the light rail (if it's running)
