  • Legend says La Cumbre invented the mission-style burrito the 2-pound, fully customizable chow-down staple copied in restaurants and fast-food joints around the world. Adam Richman, Man v. Food
  • The original Mission Burrito- get carne asada or carnitas...or both.
  • The tortilla chips that come with each meal are delicious. Be sure to visit the salsa bar.
  • $2.75 gets you four quesadillas, with a huge tortilla and a lot of cheese. Big spenders can add pico de gallo for another 50 cents. The frugal can hit the salsa bar
  • Margarita month is a scam. Burritos fucking good.
  • Chicken or carnitas super burrito. So good.
  • The sauted vegetable burrito is my favorite vegetarian burrito in the Mission.
  • According to @gcsf get the chili verde
  • Line out the door..for good reason! Nom nom! Veggie burrito ftw!
  • Best carnitas in San Francisco!
  • Chicken burrito is understatedly devine. Match it with a lime margherita & you'll find your happy place. Guac is great, but not the best
  • I liked the chicken quesadilla. They have good prices!
  • Original place that inspired the "Chipotle Style Burrito" Try any of the mission-style burrito. Man vs Food also pounded one down here.
  • The owner is authentically helpful, friendly, and funny.
  • Go for the lengua all meat burrito. Delicious.
  • Gross bathrooms!
  • Try the Burrito - Chicken fajita burritos and tacos al pastor.
  • Don't order in Spanish b/c they apparently don't like it...
  • Chicken burrito
  • Good pollo asado
