Foursquare Tips

  • Best of Miami 2013- Best Restaurant in Coral Gables: Swine Southern Table and Bar. Try their Black Angus Burnt Ends or the dry-rubbed and smoked Memphis Style Ribs.
  • The Kale and Grilled Peach Salad were absolutely to die for. The brisket sliders melt in your mouth. And the sticky icky bun? I literally have no words for that sweet, candied bacon goodness.
  • Food: Brisket, Ribs or anything from the smoker. Drinks: Mexican State Of Mind or the signature Swine Old Fashion
  • If you need to wait to be seated, head upstairs to the bar. They make pretty good drinks.
  • Serious cocktails and spirits, great service and the food is fully modulated for fun and flavor.
  • Get a glass of rye whiskey. God stuff
  • Amazing ribs, even better brisket! Wash it down with a Swine Old Fashioned!
  • Brisket, chicken fried bacon & waffles and Mac & cheese!!! Sticky icky bun for dessert!
  • Excellent Beef Brisket Sandwich! The service was also exemplary!
  • The penicillin cocktail is great. Preserved lemon wedge is herbaceous and sweet. Don't skip the ribs. The dry rub is spot on
  • It doesn't matter what you order, you'll be impressed, satisfied and asking for more. Brisket is great but the chicken fried bacon and waffles are absolutely to die for!!
  • Get the burnt ends. One of the best thing's I've ever eaten!
  • When your meal starts with Bone Marrow, you know you're dining at the right place!
  • It's all about pork-centric dishes and southern charm. Try their raved-about burnt ends or any of their smoked and barbecued dishes. Or anything at all. Where have their restaurants ever gone wrong?
  • The Bacon & Waffles are like none other! Honestly, Swine gets it right-- absolutely delicious!
  • Have Jennifer the bartender make you a Good Morning Old Fashioned. Coffee flavored.
  • Bourbon drinkers: try the Swine Old Fashioned. The bacon wash is subtle and the cocktail, more importantly, is delicious.
  • The latest offering from the 50 Eggs team just opened up and is already serving Brunch. Stop by and enjoy dishes such as their BLT benedict, pulled pork and eggs and chicken fried bacon and waffles.
  • Order the swine burger. It is beyond beyond. Pork belly and burger with onion. Order dessert.
  • The atmosphere and decor are a 10. The food is yummy, but really really heavy....everything has loads of fat...no good healthy dishes....:-(
