Ah New Year’s Eve, the one night of the year where you get to show off how well you can count down from ten while drunk and acceptably kiss a stranger at midnight. How magical.
Before you head out to your New Year’s Party or if you’re just planning on doing a nice romantic dinner, head to Study to get your night started right.
Study is Boston’s newest American restaurant offering you either a 5 course or a 9 course dinner, with optional drink pairings, to kick off 2015. We can’t tell you exactly what to expect since the menu changes nightly, however based on plates we’ve seen, like Ink Gnocchi with squid, mango, and abalone mushrooms and Quail with bacon, pear, Madeira and marcona almond, we can tell you that there will absolutely be something delicious for you to start the New Year off with.

One thing we can definitely tell you to look forward to at Study is the cheese cart. It’s like those vintage dessert carts that are in old school Italian restaurants, but with amazing gourmet cheese instead of chocolate cakes and cannoli’s. So yeah, you can basically eat all the tasty cheese you could ever want. Dreams really do come true.
So head to Study for a delicious New Year’s Eve, just try and take it easy on the cheese.
