Why You're Probably Better Off Getting Avocado Oil At Costco

Avocado oil is one of the trendiest oil products on the market, but because it's expensive to produce and in high demand, it can fetch a high price at grocery stores.
A lot of the avocado oil brands you'll find at grocery stores are actually fake or blended with lower-quality oils, but fortunately, Costco has the good stuff.
Depending on where you live, Costco sells a 2-liter bottle of Chosen brand avocado oil for around $25, which is guaranteed to be 100% pure.
In a 2020 University of California-Davis study, researchers found that Chosen's samples were pure and non-oxidized. It is one of two brands recommended by the study.
Target, Walmart, and Amazon also carry high-quality Chosen oils in smaller sizes, but you won't get quite as good of a deal on the price.
