Where Is Victory Coffees From Shark Tank Today?
By Camryn Teder
Appearing on "Shark Tank'' in 2017, business founder and former Navy Seal sniper Cade Courtley introduced Victory Coffees, a subscription service that delivered organic and affordable coffee straight to customers' doors. Courtley was inspired to start this business because drinking a cup of coffee brought a few moments of normalcy to the battlefield, but Victory Coffees ended up walking out of the show without an offer.
Courtley asked the sharks for $250,000 in exchange for 20% of his company, but ultimately, no one accepted the offer. The panel of sharks couldn't get on board with the business model of Victory Coffees, and Mark Cuban argued that his plan to sell directly to consumers and businesses while operating with a team made up solely of veterans was taking on too much at once.
While the sharks rejected Courtley's idea in 2017, he was still able to build his business, and per the Victory Coffees website, the company is still doing well today. According to the Shark Tank blog, the company has an estimated annual revenue of $3 million as of September 2022.
