Where Is Boarderie From Shark Tank Today?
By Nick Johnson
Boarderie, a company selling a variety of pre-made charcuterie boards, was presented on Shark Tank by founders Rachel Solomon and Aaron Menitoff with the duo initially asking the sharks for an investment of $300,000 against a 5% share. However, after several rounds of negotiations, they finally settled for a $300,000 investment with a 9% stake with Lori Greiner.
Following Shark Tank, Boarderie benefited beyond Greiner's investment as it quickly sold out of products and, by 2022, grew its sales by 1000%, making around $70 million in revenue. The company is also helping its community by hiring developmentally disabled adults and providing free meals to power workers during several hurricane-induced outages.
Today, one of its bestselling charcuterie options is the Arte Cheese & Charcuterie Board. This $239 behemoth features 35 different snacks, including flavor-infused cheeses, dried fruits, three types of salami, and Italian bresaola, which is one of the best types of meats to use for a charcuterie board.
