Where Is Banana Loca From Shark Tank Today?
By Stacie Adams
Banana Loca was created when friends and entrepreneurs Renee Heath and Bechara Jaoudeh wanted an easier way to add peanut butter and Nutella to bananas.
Once they added their cool gadget on Kickstarter, they appeared on Season 13 of “Shark Tank,” where they managed to strike a deal with sharks Kevin O'Leary and Mark Cuban.
Since its “Shark Tank” appearance, Banana Loca has soared, receiving 100 times the orders as the other products on its episode.
Today, the company maintains a thriving presence on social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and even TikTok, with its feeds being updated regularly.
On the Banana Loca website, the product retails for $28.99, but banana fans can purchase two for $55 plus free shipping.
The Banana Loca gadgets can also be found on Amazon; the company's online-only model appears to be a big part of Banana Loca's success.
