The flight took 200 Make-A-Wish children (who have never been on an airplane) and their families on a one-hour flight above the Bay Area in a 747. The flight crew donated their time to the event.

What To Expect With The Return Of United Airlines' Kids' Meals
By Nico Danilovich
The TSA has specific guidelines for what you can and can't bring through security, which can make it difficult to bring foods that kids enjoy. While you can buy healthy snacks at the airport, the easiest thing is to purchase kids' meals on the plane itself.
As of November 2022, United Airlines offers kids' meals as a special option on select flights. These options do require pre-ordering at least 24 hours in advance on United Airlines' website or app, but still, the meals could lift a weight off parents' shoulders.
During trips longer than 2,000 miles, United will offer kids French toast with sausage, fruit, and a croissant on the side for breakfast. For international flights returning to the United States, children can order grilled cheese, dessert, fruit, and a roll, and on domestic and international flights leaving the U.S., chicken tenders are available instead.
