After its very first week, the restaurant had to place a rush order to restock after selling copious amounts of bacon, thanks to mastermind chef Josh Green.
Bacon Nation features honey-cured, thick-cut bacon in over a dozen varieties, including triple-flavor flights, breakfast entrées, and even desserts.
Standout items include the Reverse BLT, crafted with hand-woven bacon lattices instead of bread, and its signature Bloody Mary, made with bacon-infused vodka.
You can even order your food to-go and pick it up from heated or refrigerated lockers. From the drool-worthy food to the Instagram-worthy ambience, Bacon Nation is sure to please!
