There Really Is A Best Day Of The Week To Shop

Most Aldi stores are open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day except for Tuesday and Thursday, when they open at 8:30 a.m. You can count on Aldi being open every day of the year besides Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter, but if you want to avoid crowded aisles and sorting through picked-over items, consider visiting the store midweek.
In 2019, several unnamed Aldi employees told Cooking Light that the best day of the week to do your grocery shopping is Wednesday, as it is the day Aldi restocks its shelves with limited-edition Aldi Finds. These selections of new products could be anything from seasonal foods to household items like kitchen appliances.
However, you’ll still want to check Google Maps to find out when your local Aldi is the least busy before paying a visit. Your best bet is to shop at Aldi in the morning — preferably the first hour after opening — as Aldi restocks its produce every morning, and the store is usually less crowded during that time of the day.
