At $9.99 per pound, it may seem like a bit of a splurge, but this sweet, savory, and acidic cheese is perfect for crafting a well-balanced charcuterie board for your gathering.
According to TJ's website, this cheese is derived from English cow's milk and is a "beautiful, full-bodied farmhouse Cheddar... [blended with] caramelized onion marmalade."
