Popeyes debuted its Cajun Sparkle seasoning in the Spring of 2019, and customers can request packets of this secret menu seasoning at the counter or drive-thru.
Use these packets to add a savory and spicy kick of flavor to Popeyes' signature wings, breasts, legs, thighs, and other meals that could use some extra Cajun Sparkle seasoning.
Cajun seasoning goes well with seafood, so add it to your popcorn shrimp or on sides like biscuits and coleslaw. You can also make Cajun Sparkle to use on homemade dishes.
To recreate it, mix 1 tablespoon of salt, ½ teaspoon each of black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and sage, ¼ teaspoon of paprika and MSG, and ⅛ teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
