Switch Up Your Morning Routine With A Loaded Breakfast Sweet Potato

Loaded sweet potatoes are a tasty way to start your day. They're equal parts heavy and light and are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Sweet potatoes pair well with a wide range of breakfast ingredients, so you'll never run out of flavorful culinary combinations. They can also be vegan- and vegetarian-friendly.
Bake the potatoes between 400 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and depending on the size of the spud, 45 to 60 minutes of baking should do the trick.
Once it's done, bust it open and cover it like a blanket with a decadent fried egg topped with bacon bits for a familiar, sweet, and savory breakfast.
You can also take these toppings up a notch by including avocado slices, sour cream, plain Greek yogurt, feta cheese, and sauteed veggies like kale, spinach, and mushrooms.
