Roasted Cauliflower Couldn't Get Any Easier Thanks To Your Air Fryer
By Allison Lindsey
Roasting cauliflower is quick and easy with the help of your air fryer. It's a convenient tool that can caramelize, toast, and tenderize your florets in a matter of minutes.
Instead of adding oil directly to the pan, toss the veggies in a bowl with oil to evenly coat it. If your cauliflower is frozen, you can toss it into the basket without thawing it.
Line your air fryer with foil or parchment paper to avoid a mess. Parchment withstands temperatures up to 428 degrees Fahrenheit and lets you easily remove and plate your veggies.
Smaller cauliflower pieces need less time to cook and caramelize, so keep an eye out for a golden brown color and remove them once they've reached your desired texture.
You can optionally toss your roasted cauliflower florets with your favorite herbs, seasonings, and sauces, such as garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or buffalo sauce.
