Ramen Meatloaf Adds A Fun Spin To The Classic Comfort Meal
By Jessica Fleming-Montoya
Ramen meatloaf, a unique spin on the beloved comfort food, is made by rolling cooked ramen inside a ground beef mixture to form a log. The result is a noodle-stuffed dish.
This dish has a rich, Asian-inspired flavor and a surprise of soft noodles when you cut into it that sets it apart from standard meatloaf.
You can choose from several flavors, such as beef, pork, shrimp, and chicken — just make sure to add only half the packet to your noodles once they've been cooked and drained.
Besides the ramen itself, this recipe calls for finely crushed rice crackers instead of breadcrumbs and fresh ginger and Hoisin sauce in the mixture and the glaze.
