Put Your Own Spin On Olive Garden's Pasta Dishes By Exchanging The Sauce

Olive Garden is happy to personalize orders for customer satisfaction, including honoring requests to swap out a dish's original sauce for a different sauce selection.
For example, the chain's classic chicken parmigiana is served with marinara sauce, but you could increase the cheese factor by requesting a swap for Alfredo sauce instead.
The chain has a vast selection of freshly made sauces, including a sausage and beef meat sauce, a cream-based marsala mushroom sauce, a five-cheese marinara, and many others.
You can also ask for extra sauce with your meal, but you may be denied or charged extra, depending on the location and if you're ordering during a busy time.
