Omelet Roll-Ups Are The Best Way To Eat Eggs On The Go

Omelets are a great choice for breakfast, but busy mornings may leave no time for sitting down to eat. To easily eat it on the go, cook it and roll it up in a tortilla.
Begin by preparing a normal omelet. Crack your eggs into a bowl, whisk in your fillings and seasonings, add in a little milk, and ensure every ingredient is thoroughly combined.
Pour the mixture into a nonstick pan and allow the eggs to cook and set around the edges. The center should still be a little runny, which will act as an adhesive for the tortilla.
Lay the tortilla on top and continue cooking it. Once the tortilla has attached fully to the egg, carefully flip the omelet over to allow the exterior of the tortilla to cook.
Add a little cheese to the top of the eggs and cover the pan. Once the cheese melts and the tortilla is a perfect golden brown, carefully remove the entire thing from the pan.
Once the omelet is out, roll it up with the tortilla on the outside, or simply fold it in half to enjoy it as a quesadilla. The melted cheese should hold everything together.
